茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of neonatal jaundice and to explore the clinical efficacy in the treat-ment of neonatal jaundice with Yinzhihuang oral liquid and blue light, providing a reference for clinical practice.Meth-ods:Select 84 cases of jaundice in newborns and they were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with blue light therapy,and the treatment group was given blue light and Yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment.Changes were compared according to clinical outcomes and key indicators.Results:After 7 days of treatment,in the control group the total effective rate was 69.0%and in the treatment group it was 92.9%, and there was a significant difference (χ2 =3.860,P<0.05);treatment after 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, the treatment group compared with the control group and the serum bilirubin values were significantly dif-ferent (t1 =4.572;t3 =10.702;t7 =8.341,P values were all less than 0.05);in the treatment group the bilirubin nor-malization time had a significant difference compared with the control group ( t=8.308,P>0.05);Hospitalization time in the treatment group showed a significant difference compared with that in the control group (t=6.066,P>0.05). Conclusion:The combined Yinzhihuang blue oral liquid with light irradiation treats neonatal jaundice and bilirubin can significantly shorten and time normalization,and the effect on improving the clinical treatment has certain clinical refer-ence.%目的：分析新生儿病理性黄疸的特点，探讨采用茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果，为临床提供参考。方法：选取84例病理性黄疸的新生儿，随机分为对照组和治疗组，两组均给予常规治疗，对照组加用蓝光照射治疗，治疗组则加用蓝光照射及茵栀黄口服液进行治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果及主要指标的变化。结果：治疗7天后，对照组总有效率为69．0％，治疗组为92．9％，治疗组较对照组有显著性差异（χ2＝3．860，P＜0．05）；治疗1天、3天、7天后，治疗组血清胆红素值较对照组有显著性差异（t1＝4．572；t3＝10．702；t7＝8．341，P值均小于0．05）；治疗组胆红素复常时间较对照组有显著性差异（t＝8．308，P＞0．05）；治疗组住院时间较对照组亦有显著性差异（t＝6．066，P＞0.05）。结论：茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射用于治疗新生儿病理性黄疸，可显著缩短胆红素复常时间，提高临床治疗的效果，具有一定的临床借鉴意义。
