PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user attribute cooperative connection service system capable of connecting a communication terminal to an appropriate connection destination corresponding to a user attribute, and to provide a connection destination determining device, a connection controller, and a user attribute cooperative connection service method.;SOLUTION: The attribute correspondence connection destination storage part 31 of the user attribute cooperative connection service system 1 stores APN information to identify a provider 60 and specified attribute information to indicate the attribute of a user to be connected to the provider 60 by correlating them each other. A user attribute acquiring part 32 acquires the attribute of the user having a mobile apparatus 10 when a connection request signal is received from the mobile apparatus 10. A connection destination acquiring part 33 acquires the APN information of the provider 60 applicable to the user attribute from the attribute correspondence connection destination storage part 31.
