磁性离子液体中聚乙撑二氧噻吩/多壁碳纳米管纳米复合材料的球磨法制备及表征

         

摘要

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes(PEDOT/MWCNTs) nano-composites by using the magnetic ionic liquid as the medium and oxidant was prepared.Firstly,the MWCNTs was mechanically dispersed into the magnetic ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetra-chloroferrate(FeCl4) to form FeCl4/MWCNTs gel.Then the 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(EDOT) monomer was added into the gel and in situ polymerized under the oxidation of.The PE-DOT/MWCNTs nanocomposites with different content of MWCNTs were synthesized via ball milling.The structure and morphology of the PEDOT/MWCNTs nanocomposites were characterized by Fourier trans-form infrared spectrometry(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron mi-croscopy(TEM).The electrochemical properties of the PEDOT/MWCNTs nanocomposites were investi-gated by cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 mol/L H2SO4.The conductivity of the composites was measured by four-point probe measurement.The thermal stability was analysed by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The results indicated that the PEDOT uniformly coated on the surface of MWCNTs and form the PE-DOT/MWCNTs nanocomposites with core-shell structure.The conjugated interaction between PEDOT and MWCNTs was enhanced with the increase of the MWCNTs content in the PEDOT/MWCNTs.When 30% MWCNTs was added,the conductivity of the PEDOT/MWCNTs nanocomposite could be up to 7.46 S/cm and had the good electrochemical activity.When 10% MWCNTs was added,the thermal stability of the PEDOT/MWCNTs nanocomposite was obviously improved compared with that of PEDOT.%以磁性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氯化铁盐([bmim]FeCl4)为介质,将多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)机械球磨分散在其中形成[bmim]FeCl4/MWCNTs凝胶后,加入乙撑二氧噻吩(EDOT)单体,利用阴离子FeCl-4的氧化性进行原位聚合,球磨法制备了均匀包覆不同含量MWCNTs的聚乙撑二氧噻吩/多壁碳纳米管(PEDOT/MWCNTs)纳米复合材料.并以傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对PEDOT/MWCNTs的结构与形貌进行了表征;在0.5 mol/L硫
