白光LED用SrMoO4:Eu3+荧光粉的制备及发光性能研究

     

摘要

采用水热法制备红色荧光粉SrMoO4∶Eu3+,该荧光粉能很好的与紫外及蓝光LED匹配.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射环境扫描电镜(FESEM)和光致发光光谱(PL)等手段进行样品表征.XRD数据与标准卡片PDF#85-809相匹配;FESEM图谱显示出在不同温度下所制备的样品形貌;样品在紫外光和蓝光激发下发射主峰位于616 nm处.样品发光强度与Eu3+掺杂浓度有关,Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为7%;该样品的最佳烧结温度为600℃;引入不同的补偿电荷对荧光粉发光性能进行改进,当K+作为补偿电荷时样品的发光强度最大.合成的样品SrMoO4∶Eu3+,K+ CIE色坐标为(0.59,0.40),可用于白光LED红色荧光材料.%Eu3 + -doped SrMoO4 red fluorescent powder which matches well with UV and blue light emitting diodes (LED) were prepared by using hydrothermal route. The samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) , field environmental scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and photolumines-cence (PL) spectroscopy. The results of XRD are in agreement with the standard PDF # 85-809; the FESEM images show the morphology of the samples sintered under different temperatures; the main emission peak of the sample excited by ultraviolet or blue light is at 616 nm. It is investigated that the luminescent properties of the samples have some relationship with the doping concentration of Eu + and the critical concentration of Eu + is 7%. The critical sintering temperature is found to be 600 °C. The sample ' s properties can be improved by introducing different compensation charges, and the luminescent intensity of the sample is maximum when using K + as the compensation charge. The color coordination of SrMo04 ;Eu3+ , K+ is (0. 59, 0. 40) , and it can be used as the red fluorescent material for white LEDs.
