超微粉碎茶粉对猪生长和胴体品质的影响

         

摘要

Experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of superfine grinding tea on growth performance and carcass quality of finishing pigs.240 Duroc ×Landrace ×Yorkshire finishing pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 60 pigs for each, four diets, which included the control diet (basal diet),basal diet +0.5 g・kg-1 tea, basal diet+1 g・kg-1 tea and basal diet +2 g・kg-1 tea,were fed, respectively.The experiment was lasted for 40 day, the feed and pigs were weighted at the beginning and end of the test respectively , the weight gain, daily weight gain and feed to gain ratio were calculated .The back-fat thickness, loin eye area, and lean percentage were determined by Piglog 105 ultrasound scanner at the end of growth experiment .6 pigs (3 male and 3 female) around average weight were slaughtered, the blood samples were collected, the length of carcass, back-fat thickness , and loin eye area were measured.Blood sugar, triglyceride, cholesterol, and urea nitrogen of serum were determined . Results showed that there was no difference in growth performances of finishing pigs between treatments .Superfine grinding tea supplement ( with 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 g・ kg-1 ) decreased the back-fat thickness of chest -waist by 1.19 mm, 3.42 mm (P<0.05) and 4.10 mm (P<0.05), increased the loin eye area by 9.70%, 8.70% and 10.07%(P<0.05),respectively .The lean percentage also increased , when the ultrasound scanner was used to measure in vivo.Slaughtering experiment indicated that the back-fat thickness of chest-waist was decreased by superfine grinding tea supplement (2 g・ kg-1 tea supplement group P <0.05 ), there was no difference among treatments that back-fat thickness of other point .The lion eye area was increased, triglyceride and cholesterol of serum was decreased significantly by superfine grinding tea supplement (P<0.05), blood sugar and urea nitrogen showed no difference among treatments .The results indicated that superfine grinding tea supplement did not influence the growth of finisher, while improved the quality of carcass.The action mechanism of superfine grinding tea may be related with its effect of decreasing serum triglyceride .%为了研究超微粉碎茶粉对育肥猪生长和胴体品质的影响,选用240头平均体重65 kg的杜大长三元杂交猪,分别饲喂添加超微粉碎茶粉0,0.5,1.0和2.0 g・kg-1饲料。试验为期40天,试验开始和结束时,每头猪分别称重,计算增重、平均日增重、耗料和耗料增重比。于试验结束日采用piglog 105猪胴体瘦肉率超声波测定仪检测猪背膘厚度、眼肌面积和瘦肉率。每组选取体重相近的试验猪6头(3公3母)进行屠宰,采血样,测定胴体长、各部位背膘厚度和眼肌面积。在自动生化分析仪上测定血糖、血清甘油三酯、胆固醇和尿素氮。结果表明:添加不同量的超微粉碎茶粉对猪的生长没有显著影响;添加茶粉后活体估测胸腰结合部背膘厚分别降低1.19 mm(P>0.05),3.42 mm(P<0.05)和4.10 mm(P<0.05),眼肌面积分别提高9.70%,8.70%和10.07%(P<0.05),瘦肉率也有不同程度的提高;屠宰试验,除胸腰结合部(P<0.05)外,添加茶粉对其他部位的背膘没有显著影响(P>0.05),眼肌面积有不同程度的提高;血液指标测定,添加茶粉后降低了血脂和胆固醇(其中2.0 g・kg-1添加组,P<0.05),而血糖和尿素氮含量不显著受影响。试验结果表明,添加超微粉碎茶粉在不影响猪增重的情况下,一定程度改善猪的胴体品质,其作用机理可能与降低血脂有关。
