鳖源嗜水气单胞菌的耐药性研究

             

摘要

The antimicrobial resistance of 10 Aeromonas hydrophila strains collected from diseased soft-shelled turtle Pelodiscus sinensis was studied in this paper. Drug sensitive tests showed that all the 10 strains were sensitive to Ami-kacin, Neomycin, Cefoperazone, Aztreonam, Deoxytetracycline, Norfloxacin, Enrofloxacin and were risistent to Pen-icillin G, Lincomycin, Vancomycin, Sulfamethoxydiazine, but they showed different susceptibility to Florfenicol, Tetracycline, SMZ-TMP. At the same time, 17 antimicrobial resistant genes in the 10 strains were detected by PCR. The results showed that all these 10 strains carried 2-11 resistance genes. The highest detection rate of resistant gene qnrA and cat 1 reached 100% , while qepA, aph(3′), sulⅡ, sulⅢ, OXA were not detected. Different Aeromonas hydrophila strains showed different antimicrobial resistance, suggesting that it was necessary to carry out drug sensi-tivity tests before treating and preventing.%对10株分离自患病中华鳖的嗜水气单胞菌进行了耐药性研究.药敏试验结果表明,这10株嗜水气单胞菌呈现相近的耐药谱,对阿米卡星、新霉素、头孢哌酮、氨曲南、多西环素、诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星等7种药物均敏感,对青霉素G、林可霉素、万古霉素、甲氧嘧啶等4种药物耐药,对氟苯尼考、四环素、复方新诺明产生了不同的耐药性.同时对qnrA、qnrB、qepA等17种耐药基因进行检测,10株菌均检测到了2~11种耐药基因,检出率最高的耐药基因为qnrA与cat 1,达到了100%,而qepA、aph(3′)、sulⅡ、sulⅢ、OXA等5个基因未检出.同种细菌不同分离株表现出不同的耐药性,提示用药时有必要针对病原进行药敏试验,筛选敏感药物进行疾病防治.
