毛细管电泳检测技术在糯玉米品种真实性鉴定上的应用

摘要

The 20 pairs of SSR primers were selected and the authenticity of 10 waxy corn varieties was evaluated by means of simple sequence repeats and capillary electrophoresis.The result showed that the 8 varie-ties had differences at loci of at least 10-pair primers,and the rest expressed the same,having no different loci, and were regarded as allied varieties.This indicated that SSR technique had such characteristics as intervarietal recognizability,environmental stability and accuracy,and could be applied to evaluating the authenticity of waxy corn varieties.%采用 SSR 结合毛细管电泳检测技术，选用20对 SSR 核心引物分析了10份糯玉米参试品种的真实性。结果显示：在10份参试品种中，有8份至少在10对引物位点上表现差异；2份品种间表现相同，差异位点数为0，判为近似品种。表明 SSR 分子标记具备品种间变异可识别性、环境稳定性、准确性等特点，可应用于糯玉米真实性鉴定上。
