农产品中食源性致病菌风险监测与评估的研究现状

         

摘要

Foodborne pathogen is one of major factors that influence the quality and safety of agricultural products.The harm and contamination situation of foodborne pathogens from agricultural products are briefly introduced,and works related to risk monitoring and assessment for them are summarized in this paper.Subsequently,issues and advises are given for the risk monitoring and assessment of microorganism in China,which aims to provide references for risk analyses of foodborne pathogen in agricultural products.%食源性致病菌是影响农产品质量安全的主要因素之一,通过对农产品中食源性致病菌的危害及污染状况进行简介,综述了国内外对此开展的风险监测与评估工作,提出了我国微生物风险监测与评估中存在的问题及建议,以期为农产品中食源性致病菌风险分析的开展提供参考.
