造纸法再造烟叶生产线萃取率的计算方法

摘要

According to the principle which the same material has similar ultimate extraction rate, this article put forward a calculation method of using the ultimate extraction rate to extrapolate the extraction rate of the paper - making reconstituted tobacco leaf production line. The results of the contrast test showed that there was no significant difference between the material extraction rate that was extrapolated by the ultimate extraction rate and the classical extraction rate. Therefore, this extraction method could be used to detect the online extraction rate of the reconstituted tobacco leaf production line.%利用同一物料极限萃取率基本一致的原理,提出了采用极限萃取率推算造纸法再造烟叶生产线萃取率的计算方法,对比试验表明:用极限萃取率推算的物料萃取率与经典萃取法的结果不存在显著性差异,因此该萃取法可应用于再造烟叶生产线的在线萃取率检测.
