START/END TIME CALCULATION METHOD FOR SCHEDULE OF WORK PRODUCTION LINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To easily make a synthetic production plan by setting work start time in a work cell whose work order is first to be the start time of a schedule and work end time in a work cell whose work order is the last to be the end time of the schedule to output the time. CONSTITUTION:A warehouse 1 where works are stored, a line 2 along which a carriage carrying the works moves, a conveyor 3 and the work cells A, B, C and D are provided. The work start time and the work end time of the respective work cells A-D are calculated by the individual types of a classified parallel type or series type. Work start time in the work cell whose work order is the first is set to be the start time of the schedule and work end time in the work cell whose work order is the last is set to be the end time of the schedule among the calculation values so as to output them. Thus, the start/end time of the schedule can easily be calculated even in a work production line different in constitution. Then, start/end time can efficiently be calculated even if the work order differs.
