以寒富苹果为材料,测定了辽宁省9个地区寒富苹果的外观及内在品质指标,结果表明:不同地区寒富苹果单果重差异较大,介于175-596 g之间,果形指数差异较小;果实中的糖以果糖为主,占3种糖总含量的比例在44%以上;果实可溶性总糖含量介于9.76%~ 11.64%之间;糖酸比介于18.25 ~ 28.85之间;可滴定酸介于0.36% ~0.59%之间,不同产地的寒富苹果品质差异较大.%The appearance quality and internal quality indexes of Hanfu apple from 9 producing areas of Liaoning province were determined. The results shower! that there were great differences in single - fruit weight and fruit quality among Hanfu apples from different areas, ranging from 175 g to 596 g; while the fruit shape index had little difference. Fructose was the major form of sugar in Hanfu apple fruit, accounting for above 44.16% of the total content of 3 kinds of sugar. The content of soluble total sugar in the fruits varied from 9% to 12% , the ratio of sugar to acid was between 18 and 29, and the content of titratable acid was between 0. 4% -0.6%.
