基于生态足迹的江苏土地承载力评价

摘要

Making use of ecological footprint model and data from the statistical yearbook of Jiangsu province in 2008, the pa-per calculated the utilization degrees of various kinds of resources and energy sources in Jiangsu province in 2007.The results indi-cated that the per capita ecological footprint , per capita ecological carrying capacity , and per capita ecological deficit of Jiangsu province were 2.937981 hm 2 , 0.388743 hm 2 , and 2.549238 hm 2 , respectively.The per capita ecological deficit in 2007 was near-ly 6%higher than that in 2006.With the economic and social development of Jiangsu province , the people’s demand for land re-sources had far exceeded the scope of its own carrying capacity .The increasing ecological deficit reflected that the present develop-mental mode was not sustainable , and the eco-environment was at risk.The problems and corresponding countermeasures on the ecological footprint deficit were put forward .%　　利用生态足迹模型，以江苏省2008年统计年鉴数据为基础，对江苏省2007年的各种资源和能源的利用程度进行计算，结果表明：江苏省人均生态足迹为2．937981 hm 2，人均生态承载力为0．388743 hm 2，人均生态赤字达2．549238 hm 2，比2006年的人均生态赤字上升了近6％。随着江苏经济和社会的发展，人们对土地资源的需求已经远超过其自身承载力范围，人均生态赤字的加剧更表明现有的发展模式是不可持续的，生态环境处于不安全状态。此外，还提出应对生态足迹赤字存在的问题和相应的对策。
