维生素E对猪免疫功能影响的研究进展

摘要

Vitamin E is an essential nutrient of human and animal body .As an important natural antioxidant and immune mod-ulator , vitamin E can protect the integrity of body structure , maintain the reproductive performance and enhance the immunity of or-ganisms.This paper reviewed the recent research advances in the immune function and mechanism of vitamin E in swine .%维生素E作为人和动物机体一种必需的营养素，具有保护机体组织结构的完整性，维持机体正常的繁殖机能，增强机体免疫力等方面的功能。综述了维生素E的免疫作用机制及在猪免疫方面的研究进展。
