不同生态区烤烟中性致香物质及评吸质量的差异分析

The neutral aroma component contents and sensory quality of flue -cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 from various ecological regions were analyzed and compared .The results showed that the contents of neutral aroma components in flue -cured to-bacco leaves were significantly affected by ecological conditions , and the total content of neutral aroma components in flue -cured tobacco leaves from various ecological regions revealed the following tendency :Tongren, Guizhou>Fengdu, Chongqing>Luoyang, Henan>Dali, Yunnan>Yibin, Sichuan.The smoking quality (sensory quality) of tobacco leaves from various ecological regions had the following order:Dali, Yunnan>Tongren, Guizhou>Fengdu, Chongqing>Yibin, Sichuan>Luoyang, Henan.%对不同生态区烤烟云烟87的中性致香物质含量和感官质量进行了比较分析。结果表明：烤烟中香气物质的含量受环境因素的影响较大，不同生态区烤烟中性致香物质总含量表现为贵州铜仁＞重庆丰都＞河南洛阳＞云南大理＞四川宜宾；烟叶感官质量评吸结果由高到低依次为云南大理、贵州铜仁、重庆丰都、四川宜宾、河南洛阳。
