我国农业面源污染防治立法研究

摘要

This article expounds the current situation of agricultural non -point-source pollution , and the necessity of legisla-tion for the prevention and control of this kind of pollution in China , analyzes the current legislative defects in prevention and control of agricultural non-point-source pollution , and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the current legislation for prevention and control of agricultural non -point-source pollution from the aspects of legislative idea , legislative model , legal sys-tem and so on .%阐述了我国农业面源污染现状以及我国农业面源污染防治立法的必要性，分析了现行农业面源污染防治立法的缺陷，并从立法理念、立法模式、法律制度等方面提出了完善现行农业面源污染防治立法方面的对策建议，以期从法律角度规范农业面源污染。
