氮肥水平对广昌晒烟品质及氮肥效率的影响

摘要

Field tests were conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer levels on the quality of sun -cured tobac-co and the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer in Guangchang .The results showed that:when the application rate of nitrogen increased , both the utilization rate and the agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer for sun -cured tobacco plants decreased significantly , the contents of nicotine and potassium in sun-cured tobacco leaves increased obviously , and the content of total sugar increased slightly . The total content of neutral flavor components ( except for neophytadiene ) and the sensory quality of middle leaves were the highest when the application rate of nitrogen was 240 kg/hm2 , and those of upper leaves were the highest when the application rate of nitro-gen was 270 kg/hm2.Under the condition of the same nitrogen application rate , the nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate, the nicotine, potassium , total sugar and neutral flavor component contents , as well as the sensory quality of sun-cured tobacco in bare-land culti-vation were obviously lower than those of sun-cured tobacco in plastic film mulching cultivation .%通过大田试验，研究了不同氮肥水平对广昌晒烟品质及氮肥效率的影响。结果表明：随着氮用量的增加，晒烟的氮肥利用率和氮肥农学效率显著下降，烟碱、钾含量明显提高，总糖含量稍有增加；中部叶的中性香味物质总量（除新植二烯外）和感官质量以氮用量为240 kg／hm2时最高，上部叶的中性香味物质总量（除新植二烯外）和感官质量以氮用量为270 kg／hm2时最高；相同氮用量、裸地栽培烟叶的氮肥利用率、烟碱、钾、总糖和中性香味物质含量以及感官质量均明显低于地膜覆盖栽培的。
