我国农业信息化建设绩效评价实证研究

摘要

在政策研究的基础上，剖析了我国农业信息化发展的影响因素，构建了一套单目标、多维度的绩效评价指标体系，并以我国东部某省的农业信息化发展为例，运用D－S理论予以综合评价。研究表明，基于5种维度构建的农业信息化绩效评价指标体系科学性较强，针对农业信息化建设中的几处“易燃点”，相关部门应完善政策规定，加强管理监督。%On the basis of policy research, analyzed the influencing factors of agricultural information development and built the performance evaluation system with a single set of objectives and multi-dimensional, taking the agricultural information devel-opment of a province in eastern China as a example , used D-S theory to do comprehensive evaluation.The result indicated that the agricultural information index system of performance evaluation which based on the five dimensions to build existed stronger science, for the several“inflammable point” on construction of agricultural information , the relevant departments should improve policies and regulations, strengthen management and supervision.
