响应面法优化无花果多糖的提取条件研究

         

摘要

In order to ascertain the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide from Ficus carica L.,we used sin-gle-factor experiments and response surface methodology to research the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of poly-saccharide from F. carica. According to the built model,the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of polysaccharide showed the following order:extraction temperature > extraction time > liquid-material ratio > pH-value. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time 43 min, pH-value 8. 1, liquid-material ratio 18 mL/g, extraction temperature 81 ℃. Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 10.45%. The results indica-ted that the response surface methodology was reasonable and feasible for the optimization of extraction conditions of polysaccharide from F. carica.%为了确定无花果多糖的最佳提取条件,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面分析法研究各因素对无花果多糖提取率的影响.建立模型,得出各因素对多糖提取率的影响次序为:提取温度>提取时间>液料比>pH;最佳提取条件为:提取时间43 min、pH值8.1、液料比18 mL/g、提取温度81℃,多糖的实际提取率为10.45%.结果表明:响应面法对无花果多糖的提取条件优化合理可行.
