甘蓝型油菜主要农艺性状相关性及主成分分析

         

摘要

2016~2017年在江苏盐城对12个甘蓝型油菜品种(组合)的11个农艺性状进行了相关分析和主成分分析.结果表明:不同甘蓝型油菜品种(组合)的主要农艺性状差异较大,变异系数介于0.09~0.72,以二次分枝数的变异系数最大,以角果长度的变异系数最小;甘蓝型油菜的产量与一次分枝数、二次分枝数、全株角果数均呈显著正相关;在主成分分析获得的4个主成分中,第1主成分主要与角果数有关,第2、3主成分主要与角果性状有关,第4主成分主要与产量有关,这4个主成分的累积贡献率达到了85.69%.%The correlation analysis and principal component analysis of 11 major agronomic traits in 12 rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)varieties(combinations)were carried out in Yancheng city,Jiangsu province during 2016~2017. The results indicated that: there were great differences in the main agronomic traits among 12 rapeseed varieties(combinations), and the number of secondary branches had the biggest variation coefficient(0.72), while the pod length had the smallest one(0.09); the yield of rapeseed was significantly and positively correlated with the number of the first branches,the number of secondary branches,and the number of pods per plant; among the 4 principal components obtained by principal component analysis, the first principal component was mainly related to the number of pods,the second and third principal components were mainly related to the charac-ters of pods,the fourth principal component was mainly related to the yield,and the accumulated contribution rate of these 4 prin-cipal components reached 85.69%.
