过量供磷对花生生长和吸收铁的影响

     

摘要

The effects of high concentration of phosphate on peanut′s yield and Fe uptake were studied by bon-sai experiment.The result indicated that:under the condition of nutrient solution ,the peanut′s yield didn′t increase significantly at the high concentration of phosphate or Fe .Increasing the concentration of phosphate could alleviate the inhibiting effect to the peanut′s yield at the high concentration of phosphate ,and the highest biomass was found when the P and Fe concentrations was 4 mmol/L and 0.14 mmol/L respectively.And it could decrease the total Fe content of root,but increase the total Fe content of shoot and active Fe content in leaves .It also could increase the activity of peroxidase and catalase in leaves.It could conclude that under the condition of nutrient solution ,high concentration of phosphate could inhibit Fe uptake of the peanut ,but it could enhance Fe transport in the peanut .%  采用砂培试验研究高磷条件对花生生长及吸收铁营养的影响。结果表明:营养液条件下,高磷浓度时花生地上部生物量无显著变化;花生地上部生物量随着铁浓度呈先增加再降低的趋势,增加磷浓度可以缓解高铁浓度对花生生长的抑制作用,花生生物量的最大值出现在磷浓度为4 mmol/L、铁浓度为0.14 mmol/L(即P4 Fe2)时。增加磷浓度花生根部全铁含量呈降低趋势,而植株中全铁含量和叶片中活性铁含量随着磷浓度的增加而增加;花生叶片中过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著增加。本试验结果说明在营养液条件下,过量供磷阻碍了花生根对铁的吸收,但是对铁素在花生植株体内的运移起到了促进作用。
