The present invention relates to a water treatment electrolysis device capable of removing organic matters, phosphorus and excess iron in wastewater and a wastewater treatment system using the same. According to the present invention, by having an electrolysis module including iron and aluminum electrodes, it is possible to precipitate iron to remove phosphorus and organic matters, and to remove excess iron with the aluminum electrode.
