对激素处理全球红葡萄导致的畸形果穗样本进行解剖学观察,分析差异并探讨致畸的解剖学原因.结果发现,激素处理促使细胞数量、体积和排列方式等的不均匀变化,引起组织形状改变.同时GA_3与6-BA混合处理促进了次生生长和机械组织的增加等,导致果穗硬化.另外,在相对较低的浓度下,激素的致畸作用随浓度增加而增大;当浓度达到一定程度时,其作用有所衰减.此外,果穗畸形与果穗上药物喷布均匀性及环境也可能有关系.%The anatomical difference and the cause of abnormal spike of Red Globe to be treated with the mixture of GA_3 and 6-BA, were analyzed and observed with microscope. The result showed that the amount, volume and the style of array of cells were urged to change unevenly after being treated , then the shape of tissue was changed. Meanwhile, secondary structure and mechanical tissue were increased as a result of the mixture of GA_3 and 6-BA. Then the spike induration was caused. Besides, the effect of causing abnormality of spike was enlarged with raise of the mixture concentration when the concentration was lower. However, the effect was debased after the concentration rose to be a certain degree. Otherwise, abnormality of spike might be related to insufflation uniformity and the environment.
