采用新型半导体光源发光二极管(LED)精量调制光质(红光、蓝光和红蓝组合光),以普通日光灯(白光)为对照,测定大蒜愈伤组织的诱导率及根芽分化率,研究光质对大蒜愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响.结果表明,不同光质处理与对照相比均对大蒜愈伤组织的诱导有促进作用,其中以红光出愈时间最短,10 d即有愈伤发生,诱导率最高,达75.78%.红光下愈伤组织增殖速度最快,愈伤组织鲜质量最大,20 d净增量达1.13 g.红光促进大蒜愈伤组织的分化,蓝光和红蓝混合光显著抑制愈伤组织的分化.%Using red light, blue light, red+blue light (red: blue=3: 1) generated by light-emitting diode (LED) , ordinary fluorescent light (white light) as control, determine the induction rate and bud differentiation rate of garlic callus.The objective of the experiment is to study the effects of different light qualities on the induction, the multiplication and the organ differentiation of callus of Allium sativum L.Compared with the control, different light treatments can promote callus inductions of garlic, among them, red need the shortest time, only 10 d, to have occurred callus induction which rate is highest, reaching 75.78%.Under the red light the speed of callus proliferation was the fastest and the fresh weight of callus was the largest, which net weight reaching 1.13 g 20 days later.Red light promoted the differentiation of garlic callus, blue and red+blue light inhibited callus formation.
