The present invention provides a medium for inducing or proliferating callus of Acer takesimense. The present inventors have established culturing conditions suitable for large-scale tissue cultivation of Acer takesimense by inducing callus from Acer takesimense and identifying culturing conditions suitable for callus proliferation. As a result, it is possible to mass-produce Acer takesimense which are difficult to mass-produce due to their regional characteristics.
