不同贮藏方式对马铃薯种薯生理特性的影响

         

摘要

In the present studies, the seed potato of "Zhuangshu No. 3" was used to study effects of different storage ways on the seed potatoes physiological characters in cellar by storing them in Bamboo basket, mesh bag and carton storage ways for five months, in order to explore the best storage ways under cellar storage conditions . The results showed that, ① The average temperature was 4. 7 ℃ , humidity maintained at 82. 6% in storage cellar. The carbon dioxide concentration was lower in early storage, and then increased, reached the highest value in later storage period. ② In three different storage ways of bamboo basket, mesh bag and carton , the average water mass fraction of seed potatoes was 3. 46% , 5. 71 % and 6. 54% lower than that under just harvest separately, reached a significant difference (P<0. 01); the starch mass fraction was 0. 61%, 4. 99% and 3. 27% than that under just harvest separately, reached a significant difference (P<0. 01); the dry matter mass fraction was 1. 29%, 2. 74% and 4. 42% higher than that under just harvest separately, reached a significant difference (P<0. 01). ③The bamboo basket storage can inhibit PPO activity, reduce POD activity and MDA molality, and decrease the damage rate of the membrane structure. ④The vigor of seed potatoes was the highest under bamboo basket storage. It was indicated that the bamboo basket storage was beneficial for the efficient storage of seed potatoes, the order was bamboo basket storage>meshbag storage>carton storage.%以庄薯3号原种为材料,分别以竹筐、网袋和纸箱贮藏5个月,研究不同贮藏方式对马铃薯种薯生理特性的影响.结果表明,贮藏窖内平均温度为4.7℃,湿度为82.6%,贮藏前期窖内CO2体积分数较低,中期较高,后期达到最高;3种贮藏方式下,种薯水分质量分数分别较收获时下降3.46%、5.71%和6.54%,且处理间达到极显著差异(P<0.01);淀粉质量分数分别较收获时下降0.61%、4.99%和3.27%,呈极显著下降趋势(P<0.01);干物质质量分数分别较收获时增加1.29%、2.74%和4.42%,处理间达到极显著差异(P<0.01);与网袋、纸箱贮藏相比,竹筐贮藏可抑制种薯PPO活性,降低POD活性,减少MDA的产生,从而降低膜结构的受损程度;竹筐贮藏的种薯活力高于纸箱贮藏和网袋贮藏的.竹筐贮藏效果最好,网袋次之,纸箱效果较差.
