The invention relates to cosmetic cleaning and care compositions, preferably bath additives having an olfactory effect influencing the psycho-physiological disposition. Said composition contains 30-70 wt.% of a solubilisator, surfactant or a mixture of different surfactants. The composition also contains 0.1-20 wt.% of an essential oil or a mixture of several different essential oils and/or individual natural, identical to natural or synthetic perfumes having a proven olfactory effect on the psycho-physiological disposition.
