善释补片在腹膜前腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用

摘要

Objective :To sum up the clinical experience of preperitoneal tension-free hernioplasty with EasyProsthesis mesh for inguinal hernia.Methods: The clinical data were reviewed in 36 patients undergone open preperitoneal mesh repair of inguinal hernia with home-made surgical mesh EasyProsthesis between Mar.2007 and 2010.Results: Totally, the wounds achieved primary healing, with no seroma formation, infection and palpable pain.The follow-up ranging from 2 to 36 months showed no single case of relapse.Conclusion: Tension-free hemioplasty with EasyProsthesis mesh is effective to repair inguinal hernia in adult patients, for its simplicity in performance, less recurrence and postoperative complications.%目的:总结善释补片经腹膜前间隙在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用.方法:回顾性分析2007年3月～2010年3月用国产善释补片行开放性腹膜前腹股沟疝无张力修补术共36例的临床资料.结果:术后全组患者切口一期愈合,无浆液肿、感染及明显疼痛,本组随访2 ～36个月,全部治愈,无复发.结论:善释补片腹膜前行腹股沟疝无张力修补术,具有手术简便安全有效,复发率低,术后并发症少等优点,对成人是疗效确切的无张力疝修补方法.
