One of the most obvious fea- tures of the book is that it recognizes the importance of speculative research method, which differs quite from other monographs on education research methods. By introdu- cing speculative research method in terms of its definition, procedures, values and types, the book is helpful for higher education researchers to understand and apply the method correctly.
