经济转型与政治转型的关联:中亚、东欧国家间的差异及解释

Group differences of a large scale of political and economic transition are an important feature in the twenty-year transition practice. Examining the basic achievements of economic and political transition of five Central Asian countries and eight Eastern European countries, comparing the differences of their transition results, we find out that political transition is of independence and has restrictions on economic transition and growth in the relations of economic and political transition.%　　大规模政治经济转型的群体差异是20年来转型实践的一个重要特征。对中亚五国和东欧八国经济政治转型的基本成就进行梳理，比较上述国家经济转型与政治转型结果的差异，可以发现，在经济转型与政治转型的相互关系中，政治转型更具独立性，并对经济转型及经济增长具有制约作用。
