美国高校学生组织管理模式及启示

摘要

学生组织是我国高校开展大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地，美国作为高等教育的发达国家，在学生组织管理方面形成的经验是值得借鉴的。本文试从美国高校学生组织的基本特点出发，归纳探析美国高校学生组织的管理模式，为我国高校学生组织的建设与发展提供借鉴。%Student organizations are an important position to carry out ideological and political education at colleges and univer-sities.The United States is advanced in higher education and its experience in the management of student organizations is worthy for us to learn.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of the American college student organizations,and summarizes their management models.It is hoped that the study can provide a reference for the construction and development of college student or-ganizations in China.
