The Fu-culture is part of the traditional social folk culture,which has the richest connotation,the most wide influ-ence and the most numerous fans.It indeed penetrates and is embodied in every aspect of human life,and contains the secular spirit,the moral spirit and the rational spirit.It is an important cultural resource if we want to shape positive and healthy national character,promote the prosperity of national art and form the ethical social fashion.Also,it is beneficial to carrying forward the core socialist values and promoting the prosperity of national culture at present.%福文化是传统社会中内涵最丰富、大众最喜爱、影响最广泛的社会民俗文化之一，其渗透和体现在民众生活的方方面面，蕴含的价值精神主要有世俗精神、尚德精神、理性精神三个方面。以扬弃的态度对之进行审视，传统福文化是塑造积极健康的国民品格、促进民族艺术繁荣发展、形成崇德社会风尚的重要文化资源，对于弘扬社会主义核心价值观和促进国家的文化繁荣也具有重要的意义。
