摘要

The interest in the effectiveness of management education programs as an enhancer of performance outcomes in organizations investigates the ongoing development of management program curriculum. The objective of the study into management education program effectiveness is to investigate how management theories are applied to adult learning strategies, and are later used in organizational practice. The principles of management education inform the discipline as a whole and generate new knowledge that may ultimately improve human systems within organizations. Studies about management education provides a basis for further examination of managerial theories and their relevance to contemporary business practices, adult theoretical learning strategies, and innovative approaches to teaching that may impact social and economic demands. Management education also offers contradictory views in making a connection between management education and the practice of business management.
