全球基金中国审计项目的口译实践及分析

摘要

随着中国经济的快速发展和世界一体化进程的加快，口译作为一个专门的职业和行业在市场需求的推动下也得到了快速的发展。作为协调文化和沟通桥梁的口译活动对参与的口译员提出了很高的要求，而在合格口译员的培养过程中，实践的重要性不可忽视。
　　 在此理念的指导下，作为口译专业的学生，作者也积极主动的参加了各项口译项目的实践。本次全球基金实践项目是其中之一。此次的项目是全球基金会针对中国疾病预防控制中心在三大病种，即艾滋病，结核病和疟疾的预防，控制，治疗方面的实施状况和资金支出情况的一个年检。此次项目涉及了三个团队，全球基金总部组织的医药专家和财务管理专家和安永会计事务所审计专家所组成的专家队伍，中国疾病预防控制中心的财务，审计和管理小组以及翻译组成的服务小组。
　　 口译实践报告包括了五大部分，主要涉及的内容包括口译项目和流程的介绍，联络口译在国内外发展的基本状况，口译实践中遇到的审计文件翻译的问题和解决方案，口译实践中遇到的译员角色定位问题及解决方案，以及如何处理印度英语导致的听力难题，并提出解决方案，同时在口译报告的最后提出了为培养合格的口译员，学校和学员两方面都应该做出怎样的提高和改进。口译在中国的发展尚末成熟，合格口译员的培养方式仍需要继续摸索前行。
