新手英语教师课堂教学中师生关系构建的叙事探究

摘要

师生关系是教师与学生在教育、教学的过程中形成的交往关系，它是一种特殊的杜会关系，也是学校中最基本、最重要、最活跃的人际关系，它是教育功能实现的基石，是良好教育的内在要求和必备要素。良好的师生关系是取得良好教学效果的一个重要因素。教师在传授知识、发展学生智力的同时，与学生之间有感情的交流。师生之间的相互尊重、爱护与信任，以及教学中的密切合作，都可以激发学生的内在学习动因，诱发学生的求知积极性。尤其是新手教师缺乏经验，更应该注意和学生之间关系的构建。
　　本研究采取的是叙事研究，其作为一种新的教育研究方法，与个人的经验密切联系，它尊重人们的生活经验，将他们看作是重要知识和理解的来源。在叙事探究中研究者本人通过“经历，讲述，再经历，再讲述”个人的生活经验来重构经验，解读经验。因此本文通过对作者本人日常教学生活的叙事探究，旨在调查新手英语教师在教学实践中师生关系的构建。本文基于新手教师，师生关系，叙事探究等理论在前人研究的基础上，以作者本人为研究对象来研究一下问题:(1)影响新手教师师生关系构建的因素有哪些？(2)师生关系是如何在新手教师的成长过程中得到改善的？
　　本文将叙事探究分为两步，首先置身现场，这一阶段研究者与学生们共同生活进行课堂记录，个人访谈等数据收集。第二阶段就是对收集到的数据及文本进行定性研究与分析得出研究结果。
　　此项研究的结果表明，由于新手教师的教学理念与教学实际常常出现矛盾。因此，新手教师的师生关系的建构不仅受到教师个人实践知识的影响还与学生，同事，学校氛围等息息相关。为了良好和谐师生关系的建构，新手教师应当不断反思改进，努力增强自己与学生沟通交流的能力。
