围绕电动自行车标准问题的讨论:话语分析视角

摘要

本文运用批评性语篇分析的理论和方法对一个社会事件中的话语进行理论分析和实证研究。文章以Fairclough的三维框架理论为分析框架，以Halliday的系统功能语法和有关互文性的理论为分析工具，对国家标准化委员会在其官网上公布的关于电动自行车新标准实施的规定，自行车协会对此规定的申述文章，以及新闻媒体对新标准的评论进行分析。通过分析，我们发现：1)在国家标准化委员会颁布的文件中，通过使用标记主位以及非标记主位，国家标准委建构出主导以及统治地位，与公众以及电动自行车产业产生距离；2)在天津自行车协会所撰写的申述文中，通过对其及物性以及情态的分析，研究其话语策略，以及其如何与国家标准化委员会斗争，争取利益最大化；3)在新华网上的一则新闻报道中，通过对其互文性分析，发现该报道只引用了社会名人以及电动自行车产业相关人士的言论，揭示了其所代表的利益团体；4)在国标委文件、申述文以及一则新闻报道中，使用不同的人称代词，构建出不同的社会地位。
