A Study of Course Offering in Pre-service English Language Teacher Education——Taking a Local Normal College as an Example

摘要

教育是立国之本,是关乎国家命运的千秋大业,建设出高素质的师资力量则是培养优秀人才和推动教育发展的关键一环。在英语基础教育改革和教师专业化趋势的推动下,人们将目光更多地放在了英语教师的在职教育上,却忽略了英语教师的职前教育。事实证明,英语教师的素养很大程度上取决于他们在师范院校所接受的英语教师职前教育。因此,加强对英语教师职前教育的重视显得格外重要。
　　 课程是组织教育教学活动最重要的依据,任何一项教育改革都是围绕课程进行的。课程设置的合理性直接或间接地影响着教师知识结构的最初建构和教师的后续发展,对教师素质的培养起着关键的基础作用。然而,目前我国师范院校的英语教师职前教育的课程设置存在很多不足,诸如培养目标不明确,结构比例不合理,内容更新缓慢,师范特色薄弱等问题。这些不足或多或少地影响着英语师范生的发展,不利于高素质英语师资力量的培养,所以,立足于各所师范院校的实际情况,完善英语教师职前教育的课程设置显得尤为必要。
　　 本文在对几组定义进行区分的基础之上,以系统论、需求理论和教师知识为理论依据,采用文献法、问卷法和访谈法,以某所地方师范院校的英语教育专业为调查对象,着重了解其课程设置的情况,分析了存在的主要问题,并本着“源于斯,服务于斯
