从语域理论看中国银行行业简介的翻译——以2011年度中国前100家商业银行简介的翻译为例

摘要

本文主要对银行简介的翻译进行研究。基于韩礼德的语域理论，本文作者首先从语域的三个变量:语场、语旨和语式这三个方面对所搜集的银行中文简介进行分析，找出其在这三个方面的特征，即银行中文简介的“语域标志”。接着进一步讨论在现有银行简介的翻译中，译者对原文中这些“语域标志”的翻译方式，并参照100家美国银行的简介，对比指出现有翻译方式中的不合理之处，并给出了作者自己的建议。本文作者试图以此论证，语域理论对银行简介的翻译具有重要的指导意义，可以使银行简介的翻译更好的被译入语读者接受。
