摘要

背景:本文旨在证明绞股蓝提取物对小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞的作用。近期研究表明绞股蓝具有强大的抗氧化能力,这一特点使其适于对抗氧化压力。方法:制备绞股蓝提取物,培养小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞。在相同条件下培养12组细胞,同时设立阴性和阳性对照组。UVC照射产生氧化压力,显微镜下进行活细胞计数,用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果:绞股蓝的浓度与细胞的平均生存时间呈正相关(rs=1),具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时,三次试验之间存在显著正相关(rs=0.988-1,P<0.01)。结论:绞股蓝提取物可以延长经UVC照射的小鼠成纤维细胞的寿命,在对抗皮肤细胞老化方面有潜在的优势。
