中国乳业有限公司招股说明书翻译实践报告

摘要

招股说明书是提供社会公众了解发起人和将要设立公司的情况，说明公司股份发行的有关事宜，指导公众购买的公司股份的规范性文件。它是能够为潜在买家具体的展现出金融保障的披露性文件，通常为投资者提供有关股票、债券和其他投资的材料信息，如描述公司业务、财务报表等，为了让广大投资者和社会大众了解企业的真实情况和股票发行的基本情况，并以此募集资金、扩大企业规模。随着经济发展迅速，越来越多的中国企业寻求上市机会，而大部分国家都要求招股说明书以英语撰写，且提供汉语文本。这使得招股说明书的翻译需求日益增加。
　　本文主要以招股说明书的汉译为主要研究对象，以目的论为视角，以中国乳业有限公司的招股说明书的翻译实践为例。采用目的论中的目的原则，连贯原则和忠实原则为核心，指导解决翻译过程中遇到的词汇，句法和文本特征方面存在的难点，完成翻译任务，以期为今后招股说明书的翻译实践提供有益的参考和帮助。
