中国政府工作报告中特色用语的认知翻译研究——以2005-2015年中国政府工作报告为例

摘要

在中国逐步融入全球化浪潮的大背景下，越来越多的学者开始致力于政府工作报告的翻译研究。然而，这些研究大都局限于对翻译实践提出规定性要求，提出的翻译原则或策略不是过于死板就是具有模糊性，不足以有效指导翻译实践。由此，笔者将重心放于描述性研究，试图从认知语言学角度描述政府工作报告理解及翻译的认知路径，进而判断合适的翻译指导原则。同时，政府工作报告翻译研究涵盖课题广泛，笔者决定重点研究政府工作报告中中国特色用语的翻译。
　　具体而言，本文旨在通过从认知语言学角度描述政府工作报告理解及翻译的认知路径，探寻评价译文及指导翻译实践的有效方法。笔者首先利用图式理论，探索理解中国特色用语时的认知路径，进而对原文有更好的把握。接着，本文进一步分析了政府工作报告中特色用语翻译的影响因素，包括认知制约和译者以及“图式-例示”级阶的积极作用。最后，在分析的基础上，笔者借鉴了认知语言学在翻译领域的研究成果，即三条翻译原则，包括最佳关联，解释相似和认知增量原则，并用实例证明了这些原则评价译文以及指导翻译实践的可行性和合理性。总而言之，从认知语言学角度出发，“图式-例示”的级阶有助于了解和思考两种语言文化间在哪个层次上可以互通和互异，进而更好地理解和翻译政府工作报告中的特色用语；将认知语言学与翻译研究相结合可以帮助译者更为客观地评价译文，启发译者建构更好的译文。
