《为什么受伤的总是聪明人》（节选）翻译报告

摘要

本文是一篇翻译实践报告，翻译原文选用的是美国著名心理诊疗师埃里克·麦瑟尔（Eric Maisel）的《为什么受伤的总是聪明人》（Why Smart People Hurt），属于励志类心理学书籍。作者埃里克·麦瑟尔根据这些年来对“精神紊乱”的研究，深入浅出地剖析了现代人所面临的各种心理困境，提供了各类心理治疗方法，以引导人们调整心态，摆脱心理困境，寻找生活与事业的意义，重塑积极向上的人生。
　　本翻译报告的主要内容分为翻译任务描述、翻译过程、翻译案例分析和实践总结四个部分构成。第一章，简要论述了翻译任务、莱斯文本类型理论、翻译项目的意义等方面。第二章节介绍翻译过程，包括译前准备和翻译过程。第三章，就翻译中的难点进行了归纳，并详细分析了翻译目的论对术语、长句、难句以及隐喻的翻译的指导作用。第四章节对本报告的研究成果及不足之处做了总结。其中，第一章及第三章是本翻译报告的主要部分。
　　通过此次翻译实践以及后期的分析，笔者收获良多。充分的翻译准备可以使工作事倍功半。不论翻译何种文本，译者都需要有扎实的中英文写作能力以及良好的知识储备。翻译是一门杂学，需要不断积累百科知识、总结翻译实践经验，夯实语言功底，为全方位完善翻译艺术奠定基础。
