The Multi-dimension Ecological Analysis and Construction of the Motivation-Behavior Affecting Factors of English Learners in Senior High School

摘要

英语学习动机是影响学生英语学习的关键因素,与他们英语学习的成功与否紧密相关。而如今高中生表现出了对英语学习缺乏兴趣,学习积极性不高等消极的动机行为，究竟是什么原因造成了他们消极的动机行为，如何促进学生积极的动机行为,这些问题一直困扰着广大教师。而关于动机的问题，之前的学者也做过一些研究,同时也取得了相应的一些成果。但他们的研究脱离了环境这个人必须依存的因素，没有从人--环境这个统一的系统来研究人的心理与行为，不能自然生态地再现学生的动机行为表现现状。并且，前人大多是以大学生为研究对象，对他们的英语学习动机进行研究,较少涉及高中生,但二者之间在知识背景、生活环境、社会氛围等方面有很大的不同。
　　本研究基于多维视角,并结合了生态心理学的研究方法和理念，以邯郸市第三中学、邯郸市第四中学的240名学生为调查对象，运用问卷调查法、访谈法和课堂观察法进行研究,考察了影响当前高中生英语学习动机行为的生态构成，并对其成因进行了生态分析。根据研究的结果，作者提出了一些激发高中生英语学习动机的建议,这对培养他们学习英语的积极性，促进他们英语学习有很重要的理论和实践意义。文章的最后总结了本论文的一些局限，并展望了后续的研究方向。
