《骨不连原理及案例研究》翻译报告——以医学英语汉译中同位语和定语从句的处理技巧为重点

摘要

医学英语属于科技文体，其遣词造句、语法结构等有着自身的特点和规律，语言文字的表达也具有较强的专业性。作为实用英语的一种，在英译汉过程中，对其准确地作出翻译，在引进国外先进医学技术方面有着重要的作用。因此，本文选择了ReneMarti和Peter Kloen合著的骨科领域的名著——《骨不连原理及案例研究》进行翻译尝试，具体内容为第二章的踝关节部分。本报告从医学英语的语言特点入手，来讨论医学英语翻译技巧，尤其是定语从句和同位语从句的翻译技巧问题。在翻译的过程中发现，对于应用性很强的医学英语文献而言，在实际的翻译过程中存在着很多的不对等问题，因而会出现文献译文文理不通、晦涩难懂等现象。为了解决这一问题，本文引入了动态对等原则。此原则有助于消除歧义，使译文更加明朗化，从而增强译文的客观性、可读性及实用性。
