In July 2013,the National Development and Reform Commission formally approved the "National Research Center for Translational Medicine·Shanghai" (hereinafter "the Center"),a piece of the national key scientific infrastructure.As a national-level institution,the Center will be co-administered by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal Government.
