海事英语口语语言特点的文体分析

摘要

在全球经济一体化进程进一步加深的形势下，航运业在国际经济贸易中的重要作用日益凸显。作为这方面国际交流的通用语，海事英语口语因其使用场合的专属性而独具特色。然而，与其他海事英语的次语体相比，海事英语口语还未受到应有的关注，文体学界对海事英语的研究也没有涉及到口语领域，导致其语言特点长久以来处于被忽视的状态。
　　本研究旨在通过创新性结合，将海事英语口语与文体分析相联系，以现代文体学理论为基础，从语言学不同层面对海事英语口语的语言特点进行系统而细致的论述。本文通过对三个语料库，即海事英语口语语料库，一般英语口语语料库及特殊用途英语口语语料库的对比研究，运用定量定性相结合的研究方法，借助对三者在词汇、句法、语义三个层面的文体分析来突显海事英语口语的语言特点。
　　研究表明，海事英语口语特点如下:词汇较正式，含有大量缩略语，派生词及名词性专业术语;句型较短，频繁使用省略句、被动语态;语义明确，针对性强，词汇被赋予专业意义。希望本研究对海事英语口语学习者有理论学习方面的帮助，也增进其对海上突发情况与实践应用的了解，以营造安全的海上环境，实现无事故运行。
