摘要

The motivation concept is a strategy used by organization or financial institutions in order to implement performance among their employees.By motivation of employees we hear the implication of human resource management department which played an important role ofplanning, organizing, leading andcontrolling all activities and tasks of the organization human part.In that perspective the organization put in place enough resources in order to meet the fixed goals and the stakeholders' needs.Our research was based on
