摘要

本文对武术比赛中提高体育成绩的四个主要方面进行了研究,它们分别为心理韧性方面的预测值、动机类型、教练与运动员的关系和运动性能的培训时间;动机对心理韧性与运动绩效关系的中介效应;动机对教练-运动员关系和运动表现之间的关系的影响,以及教练-运动员关系在精神韧性、动机与运动员职业倦怠之间的关系的调节作用。
