Objectives and Dilemma of Media Press Usage in Communication of Gabon’s Non-Governmental Organizations:Case Study the Program Art Gold

摘要

本次研究的目的在于通过对目标人群的调查，了解他们对联合国开发计划署的艺术黄金计划对于加蓬非政府机构传播的促进作用的看法。这项计划通过媒体渠道连接加蓬居民与非政府组织之间的传播行为，以达告知与教育之效。
　　近几十年来，媒体能为大量受众提供信息服务已经成为共识。尽管这个世界与社会的具体议题有所差异，然而，媒体早已成为人们获取信息的主要工具。本文选择对新闻媒体的传播效果进行关注与调查研究。
　　艺术黄金项目是在联合国开发计划署的领导下进行工作的一个非政府组织。该项目的目标是帮助加蓬居民获得自力更生的能力。
　　本文着重进行比较分析，具体包括艺术黄金项目的传播对当地居民和非政府组织的影响，有哪些促进作用，以及当地居民在当地非政府组织的传播行为和目标影响下发生了何种改变。
　　本文采用了定量和定性相结合的研究方法。通过问卷调查和访谈法，本文试图了解艺术黄金计划影响下当地居民的行为和社区生活质量。
　　对获得数据的分析表明，自从和艺术黄金项目合作后，非政府组织的传播水平得到了提高。尽管据评价这些传播行为在进展和理解方面颇有困难，但毫无疑问所有的合作参与方都从中获益良多，当地居民的生活质量也确有提高。
