摘要

近年来,受限于乡镇地区相对落后的经济发展条件,教师对于教育资源的投入与获取相对城市存在较大差距,这对于其个人教学信念产生了不良影响。英语教师的教龄短,工作经验较为欠缺,如何在乡镇现实条件下,实现个人的成长与发展,是一个值得研究的现实课题。 基于此,本文以广西荔浦三所乡镇初中的40名英语教师为调查对象,通过对广西乡镇初中英语教师教学信念发展现状的调查与分析,了解广西乡镇初中英语教师教学信念发展的现有水平及存在的问题,探求促进和阻碍广西乡镇初中英语教师教学信念发展发展的内外部因素,在此基础上探讨对广西乡镇初中英语教师教学信念发展的促进策略和建议。 本研究主要探讨以下三个问题:1)乡镇初中英语教师教学信念总体情况如何?2)乡镇初中英语教师教学信念存在什么问题?3)导致乡镇初中英语教师教学信念的影响因素有哪些?本研究采用的研究方法主要是问卷调查和访谈法。具体的数据分析和一线教师访谈的结果显示,这三个学校的英语教师在教学信念方面存在的主要问题包括:专业态度不够端正、专业理论存在欠缺、专业能力相对不足等。问题的主要成因有:个体综合素养不高、学校支持力度不足、社会关注度不强等。基于此,本文提出的解决广西乡镇初中英语教师教学信念发展的策略包括以下三个方面:1)转变教学信念态度、夯实专业理论根基、提升专业能力水平,从而进一步明确教学信念路径;2)创新管理理念、完善管理体系、强化组织保障、提高培训水平,从而进一步强化教学信念支持;3)强化舆论导向与多项教育引导,以提升社会重视程度。
