初中新手与专家型英语教师课堂提问对比研究——以兰州市第四十五中学为例

摘要

课堂提问是一种教师与学生之间的互动活动。通过对课堂提问的文献进行回顾，不难发现大多数研究针对的是课堂提问的有效性和优秀教师的课堂提问状况。很少有研究对新手教师与专家型教师的课堂提问进行对比研究，尤其是对初中英语教师。
　　在Krashen的输入假说，Long的互动假说以及信息加工理论的基础上，本文结合量化和质化研究方法，使用课堂观察量表、问卷和访谈提纲等工具探索了甘肃省兰州市第四十五中学新手教师与专家型英语教师在课堂提问方面的不同。
　　本文主要研究的是：
　　（1）初中新手与专家型英语教师在课堂提问问题类型、提问策略、等待时间以及教师反馈方面存在的差异；
　　（2）初中新手英语教师所教的学生与专家型英语教师所教的学生对课堂提问问题类型、提问策略、等待时间以及教师反馈的态度存在的差异。
　　研究发现：
　　（1）新手与专家型英语教师在回应类和认知类问题方面存在显著差异，尤其是在认知类别下的参考性问题方面；新手与专家型英语教师在重复提问策略上也存在显著差异；另外，在第一等待时间和第二等待时间方面，专家型教师与新手教师之间都有显著差异。与新手教师相比，本研究中所有专家型教师趋向于使用更多的积极反馈。
　　（2）初中新手英语教师所教的学生与专家型英语教师所教的学生对课堂提问问题类型、提问策略、等待时间以及教师反馈的态度存在明显差异。通过对以上结果的分析和讨论，笔者也提出了本研究的启示与局限。
